  • Site Reliabilty Engineer (Current) - As a Site Reliabilty Engineer my role is to monitor the PayPal live site and ensure that there are no customer facing errors. I manage everything from website connectons via API calls to the PayPal front end. I mitigate live site issues and reach out to product owners in regards to the site performance. I monitor Networking, Database Administration, Platform and Command Center groups.
  • Integration Support Engineer - As an Integration Support Engineer, I work with volume merchants from our Account Management, Growth, New Merchant and Merchant Support Front Line teams. I assist merchants and developers to connect to the PayPal API. Programming languages can vary (PHP, ASP, Cobalt, Node, ect). My responsibility is to provide functional sample code to be an example of merchant needs and troubleshoot existing code.
  • Business Support - A Business Support agent's responsibility includes customer satisfactions and resolution rates. The job is making people happy by providing the right information in a timely manner.

  • Apple Online Order Maintenance - I was responsible for completing customer orders as well as assisting customers with questions or concerns about the completion of their order's delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction and quality assurance metrics.

  • Website Support - I was asked to handle Professional Services which included correcting website issues including formatting (HTML &C CSS), field validation (javascript) and sever side scripting (PHP). Occasionally required to make server side changes using command line or control panels.

  • Website Support - I was responsible for assisting developers and account holders with their website needs. From handling the formattting of their site (HTML & CSS) to helping esablish database connections (MySQL). Sometimes I would be responsible for correcting site configurations (PHP mostly). I was responsible for DNS configurations and general Linux server management.
  • Fraud Detection Analyst - I was a part of accounting where I reviewed new purchases as well as high fraud risk purchases and contacting a customer if there was potential fraud.
  • Customer Development - I was responsible for finding customers who are conducting business online and consulting customers on enhancing their online visibility to promote business. Also promoting ongoing business between the client and GoDaddy.com.
  • Outreach Department - I was responsible for assisting new clients first impressions of GoDaddy.com. Also assisted with any services that may need.
